Julie Bonnell, MA, LPC, LAC

“Finding life. . . beyond food and fear” is the heart of my therapeutic philosophy. Most of my clients live in fear around how much food they eat or do not eat. Their relationship with food has evolved into one of pain and hiding versus pleasure and health. I look forward to welcoming you to my office.

Jennifer Silacci, LCSW, SEP, License #09923883

Focusing on the mind-body connection, I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults with a variety of goals, including trauma and eating disorder recovery, relationship issues, adjustment to college, and anxiety reduction. I view symptoms simply as information or a "map" of unprocessed material, rather than a detriment or something "wrong" with you. My approach is eclectic and tailored to fit the needs of each individual I work with. This may include psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness exercises, cognitive behavioral techniques or Somatic Experiencing. For individuals working to recover from eating disorders, I also offer therapeutic meal support.
