Meal planning is also typically included in treatment (when indicated). In addition to helping clients find relief from eating disorder symptoms, her aim is to help clients understand why a particular symptom evolved in the first place, and what it might mean. In addition to her clinical work with individuals and groups, she is available for consultation, training, and presentations.
