Treatment Model: Ms. Barksdale uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Nutritional Counseling. She works with clients on healthy eating as they are working through the issues that are really important. Food is not the focus. Ms Barksdale is in practice with a physician so there are other options offered such as medical evaluation if necessary. She also works closely with a local psychiatrist and nutritionist.
