Mrs. Paramore meets clients "where they are" and helps them learn to separate what they can control vs. what they can't control. Her goal is to teach clients how to develop coping strategies to gain control over their thoughts and behaviors while learning to let go of what they can't control. Using a Cognitive Behavioral approach, she helps clients manage stress, adapt to life transitions, and understand the underlying causes of their problems. Her experience with Eating Disorders and women's issues enables her to provide clients with resources and guidance as they work through various issues.
