disorder for over 12 years. My mission is to now help others reach recovery.
Each person is unique in their recovery process and working with someone who
understands the difficulties provides a safe environment. I use life and self
esteem coaching techniques along with holistic approaches. I also provide art
therapy and visualization exercises. My services include in person, phone and
group coaching.
