I believe completely in the power of recovery from eating disorders. My work focuses on hope, healing and empowerment. In my private practice office I work with clients ages 5-95 on themes of eating disorders, body image, self-acceptance, self-harming behaviors and all mental health concerns. Additionally, with my passion for training, teaching and raising awareness I founded this business presenting to audiences at large on topics surrounding eating disorders/self-harm, and multiple issues surrounding mental health.
