Ms. Maul offers a monthly Mindfulness Workshop, open to anyone interested in living more peacefully. Specific techniques will be taught that will allow each participant to immediately begin developing their own mindfulness based practice. Each workshop will be held the third Monday of the month, from 7-8:30 PM. Ms. Maul will begin offering Daring Greatly groups and intensives. Groups will run weekly for 8 weeks and intensives will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, on scheduled weekends. Free Support Group - Huntington Beach, CA: ANAD drop-in support group for those struggling with recovery from anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder or body image issues. Gather support, ask questions, learn new tools and have a place to share your experiences and concerns. This group is open to those struggling as well as family and friends.
