Dr. Katie Cougevan, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist that has worked extensively with the young adult and college-age population (male and female) who struggle with body-image issues and eating disorders. Each client's treatment plan is individually tailored for their specific needs. Katie is a warm, compassionate, supportive therapist who assists individuals in examining the underlying emotional issues that create negative body image and destructive eating patterns. The healing process involves examining these patterns, learning how to express difficult emotions, and connecting with one's body in a positive and healthy manner.
