The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the overall therapeutic interventions at Magnolia Creek, providing clinical training and supervision to therapists and staff counselors; offering individual, group, and family therapy; and working closely with the Director of Programs and Executive Director. Tucson, AZ: Gifted Therapist with a Passion for Alternative Medicine: Mirasol is a CARF-accredited residential eating disorder treatment facility for women with a strong emphasis on mind-body-spirit healing. Our multidisciplinary treatment team consists of practitioners from traditional psychiatry, psychotherapy, and medicine work closely with practitioners of complementary medicine to assess the biochemical relationship between the body, nutrition, and mental health for each client. We do not focus on behavior extinction, but rather on identifying the root of the problem and developing new ways of communicating and coping that restore and maintain overall balance.  We believe that the skills we teach are more effective and longer lasting than restrictive protocols, and we offer the opportunity to practice those skills in a safe environment that supports change. We are currently looking for a gifted therapist to join our team.  Responsibilities include developing individual treatment plans in conjunction with the client and other members of the treatment team, providing heart-centered individual, group and family therapy, building strong relationships with referring therapists through regular interaction, documenting client progress in accordance with behavioral health requirements, communicating as needed with insurance companies and provide updates on client progress, and being an active participant of the treatment team in weekly staff meetings. This position requires a Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology and at least three years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be currently licensed as a professional counselor, marriage and family counselor, social worker or an associate counselor working towards licensure. Any therapist who is not licensed must be able to be licensed within 3 months of hire.  Preference will be given to therapists with experience in the treatment of eating disorders and additional training in EMDR or other experiential modalities. Wickenburg, Arizona: Rosewood Centers. Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders in Wickenburg, Arizona is expanding with their newly opened 24 bed inpatient facility, and new adolescent program coming late summer.  Rosewood’s success for over a decade is based on their ability to treat severe eating disorders with an intensive, medically sophisticated, cutting-edge, interdisciplinary program.  Rosewood is located on a serene 14 acre campus in the beautiful Sonora desert, just 60 miles northwest of Phoenix, AZ. Rosewood is JCAHO accredited and is the only ED treatment center for adult/adolescent men and women in AZ that accepts insurances.

Primary Therapists (2): Eligible candidates will possess a Masters or Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences or related field in addition to at least one (1) year professional experience in a related field required. Preferred candidates will be currently licensed independently or by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a professional counselor, marriage and family counselor, social worker or an associate counselor working towards licensure. We will consider a Therapist who is license-eligible, but does not have an LAC or LIC as long as proof of license application is provided within 30 days of hire in accordance with AZ state and JCAHO standards.

Family Therapist: Eligible candidates will possess a Masters degree in behavioral sciences or related field. Three (3) years experience in counseling families preferred. Working knowledge of family systems therapy required.

Walnut Creek, CA: Eating Disorders Manager (Eating Disorders I/II, PhD, MSW, MFT) Part-time - 32 hrs/wk, Day Shift. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, management, and supervision for a specialized team of providers while maintaining a time–adjusted case load that includes initial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, crisis intervention, and individual, group, and family-focused treatment. You will be responsible for tracking and maintaining the program’s budget and for making budget decisions and recommendations. You will also be responsible for assigning staff duties, schedules, and responsibilities; preparing annual evaluations; recruiting and orientation of new employees. Other duties include developing and maintaining working relationships with representatives of other departments and services, and maintaining program performance data summaries and periodic reports as required by local or regional administration. You will be held accountable for program performance and utilization management, and may be required to provide hospital mental health on-call services from time to time as required by operational need.
